  • West side of Barbuda – beautiful beach, hardly anyone there
  • Portsmouth, Dominica – the bay, the people, the island…
  • Les Saintes, Guadeloupe – atmosphere, “savoire vivre”

Windiest Anchorages

  • White House Bay, St. Kitts (38kn+)
  • Canouan (35kn+)

Worst Anchorges (all relative…refers to anchorages only, not the islands themselves)

  • Mustique – VERY rolly
  • Marie Gallante – just not very nice (according to Markus)
  • Wallilabou, St. Vincent – a bit precarious (according to Nana)
  • Roseau, Dominica – just not very nice, scenery or anchorage
  • Simpson Bay, St, Maarten – rolly, scenery (or lack thereof)
  • English Harbour, Antigua – crowded, rolly, bad holding
